What helps us help you
When reporting a bug, please include:
- Which tool you were using (e.g. PDF Editor → Merge);
- Your browser and version (e.g. Chrome 124 on macOS 14);
- What you expected vs what happened;
- If safe to share, a small sample file or steps to reproduce.
Remember: we cannot see what you process. If a tool misbehaved on a specific file, please describe the file's general characteristics (size, type) rather than sending sensitive content.

FreeLabTools is a small project. We answer when we can — usually within a few days.
