Terms of Use
Terms of Use
Effective date: 14 May 2026
By accessing or using freelabtools.com ("the service"), operated by [YOUR COMPANY NAME / AUTÓNOMO], you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. What we provide
The service is a free collection of browser-based tools. Tools run locally in your browser; we do not host the files you process. Functionality, availability and individual tools may change without notice.
2. Free, as-is
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal, harmful or fraudulent purpose;
- Attempt to interfere with the service, abuse rate limits, or compromise other users;
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or mass-automate the service in a way that affects availability;
- Use the service to process content that violates third-party rights;
- Republish or sell the tools or their assets as your own.
4. Intellectual property
The site code, design and branding are owned by [YOUR COMPANY NAME / AUTÓNOMO]. Third-party libraries we use retain their respective licenses (Prettier, pdf-lib, pdf.js, browser-image-compression, JSZip, qr-code-styling, Tailwind, etc.).
Content you process with the tools remains yours. You grant us no rights over it because, technically, we never receive it.
5. Third-party services
The service uses Google AdSense for advertising and Cloudflare for hosting and CDN. Your interaction with these third parties is governed by their own terms and policies.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, [YOUR COMPANY NAME / AUTÓNOMO] shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including data loss, lost profits, or business interruption — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless [YOUR COMPANY NAME / AUTÓNOMO] from any claim, damage or expense arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Madrid, Spain, unless mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date above will reflect the latest revision. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the new Terms.

Questions about these Terms: hello@freelabtools.com.
11. Paid service — Website creation (Pack First)
In addition to the free tools, we offer a paid website-creation service (“Pack First”): we register a domain on your behalf, generate a website and host it. The terms below apply to that paid service.
- Price and billing. Billed as an annual subscription at the price shown at checkout (taxes added where applicable). Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Automatic renewal. The subscription renews automatically every year unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your customer panel.
- Domain. The domain is registered for you and stays associated with your subscription. Domain registration fees are non-refundable once the domain has been registered.
- What’s included. Domain registration, an automatically generated website and hosting while the subscription is active. Design, sections and content depend on the information you provide.
- Cancellation and effect. If you cancel or the subscription ends, the website is taken offline (suspended). The domain may expire if not renewed; you may request its transfer subject to registry rules.
- Refunds. Except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, paid amounts are non-refundable — in particular the domain registration cost we incur on your behalf.
- Non-payment. If a renewal payment fails, we may suspend the website after notifying you.
- Your content. You are responsible for the text, images and data you provide and confirm you hold the rights to use them. The service is provided without uptime or results warranties.
- Right of withdrawal. For EU consumers: by asking us to start the service (register the domain and publish) immediately, you acknowledge the statutory 14-day withdrawal right may no longer apply once the service has been fully performed at your request.
