By accessing or using freelabtools.com ("the service"), operated by [YOUR COMPANY NAME / AUTÓNOMO], you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What we provide

The service is a free collection of browser-based tools. Tools run locally in your browser; we do not host the files you process. Functionality, availability and individual tools may change without notice.

2. Free, as-is

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

4. Intellectual property

The site code, design and branding are owned by [YOUR COMPANY NAME / AUTÓNOMO]. Third-party libraries we use retain their respective licenses (Prettier, pdf-lib, pdf.js, browser-image-compression, JSZip, qr-code-styling, Tailwind, etc.).

Content you process with the tools remains yours. You grant us no rights over it because, technically, we never receive it.

5. Third-party services

The service uses Google AdSense for advertising and Cloudflare for hosting and CDN. Your interaction with these third parties is governed by their own terms and policies.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [YOUR COMPANY NAME / AUTÓNOMO] shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including data loss, lost profits, or business interruption — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless [YOUR COMPANY NAME / AUTÓNOMO] from any claim, damage or expense arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Madrid, Spain, unless mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date above will reflect the latest revision. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the new Terms.
